A long time ago lived a sad little girl
She had no food, no clothes, nothing in this world
Her nasty ugly step sisters treated her so bad
They made her cook and clean and made her so sad

They called her Cinderella as she sat by the fire
In her dreams she flew away higher and higher
The only friend she had was a mangy old cat
They'd talk and talk for hours as they sat on the mat
